Just call the dedicated Helpline on 08457 234 235 to speak to one of Fidelity’s Pensions Service Centre representatives. The Helpline is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. Outside these hours, you can leave a message on the confidential answering service and a pension representative will contact you on the next business day.

Protect yourself from the Advanced Fee email scam

You may already have heard of 'advance fee' or '419' fraud, where emails offering large sums of money are distributed to thousands of email addresses. A modest 'fee' is required in order to cover legal fees or open an account to release funds and they promise a percentage of the money in return for your help. In both cases various fees have to be paid in advance.

Do not respond to these emails. They are part of a fraud and you will not receive any of the promised money.

This warning is placed here because we are aware that the criminals carrying out these frauds do on occasion use the name of Fidelity or reference the Fidelity website as part of this scam.

Fidelity will never send you an email of this kind. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of an email from Fidelity please call us on 0800 41 41 61.
